Mark Naaman
Co-Founder/CEO
As the CEO of Allegiance Gold, Mark Naaman brings more than 20 years of experience from the financial services sector. Prior to co-founding Allegiance Gold, Mr. Naaman held upper-level, credit management and tax strategist positions at several top-tier organizations, including Wells Fargo Financial, ACS-The Walt Disney Co., Universal Music, and Jakks Pacific.
Mr. Naaman’s work as a successful tax strategist and his enthusiasm for collecting historical coins lead him to co-found Allegiance Gold with a clear mission: to help individuals safeguard and grow their wealth and retirement through diversification into precious metals.
As a seasoned Intuit ProAdvisor and licensed tax professional, Mr. Naaman also serves as President, CEO, and co-founder of MBA Financial & Accounting Solutions, a top ten accounting firm in the greater Los Angeles area.

Alex Ebkarian
Co-Founder/COO
Alex Ebkarian brings over 15 years of experience from the investment and financial services sectors to his role as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Allegiance Gold. Mr. Ebkarian has orchestrated the financing of $1 billion for publicly traded companies, private equity firms, venture-backed enterprises, and ambitious start-ups. Throughout his career, he has been at the forefront of risk assessment and investment management, proudly delivering exceptional results for his clients.
Mr. Ebkarian began his career at Smith Barney where he helped financial planners deliver wealth management services to high net-worth individuals. Since then, he has been actively investing in gold and silver futures contracts in addition to other stock futures. Mr. Ebkarian’s experience, along with his heartfelt connection to his grandfather’s coin collection, is what ignited and continues to fuel his own passion for investing in precious metals.
